I really like the atmosphere - I think you're choice of a B&W/nearly B&W was excellent, it really helps us to focus on the image and what it's about, and our eyes aren't distracted because of any colors. Good work!

I like the contrast with this - the darker colors on the bird really stand out against the water in the background. I think it's cool that the back of the bird and the beak are darker, while the head and neck are lighter because they sort of blend into the background, like camouflage, if that makes any sense....

The depth of field is amazing, too. I love the focus and the depth in this image. It's just amazing! The detail is great too, the bird is crisp and sharp - I love it!
