You've done a very nice job in the black and white conversion here. The slight overexposure has highlighted the waters surface well. Your composition is quite strong and the whole scene is framed great too. I personally think it could do with a bit more of a contrast boost and possibly even give it the slightest blue tone for a more chilling effect. If it were me I would also sharpen it a little more for a more crisp finish, I think that's how you nail a black and white image, is the sharpness! Anyway, great capture here, well done :)
