I am not trying to be mean & i think I know what you are trying to go for, but this really looks like a little girl hanging herself. There is not enough of the knee to tell if it is bent or not, also there is not enough of a swing in the picture to tell otherwise.

I feel I'd like this better if i could see the swing a little. It's possible to take a much more horrifying interpretation from this...which makes it extremely unsettling.
